Shop Policy


Processing time 

Allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed.

*Please note: I am trying to limit my visits to the post office as much as possible due to COVID-19. Therefore, it may take me a bit longer to ship your items, but I will try my best to ship within one week.

Customs and import taxes 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! I do not accept returns or exchanges. 

However if an item arrives damaged or there is another issue with your order please contact me within 14 days of the delivery date. I will do my best to resolve it.

I don't accept cancellations 

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. 


Please see individual listings for info. about pre-order period, production time, expected ship dates, etc.

Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all pre-ordered items are ready. If you prefer to receive in stock items first please order separately.
